yes. ticket money releases automatically the day after each event — that’s the default for every organizer — or on event day itself if you opt in from your banking page. need it sooner? release eligible funds ahead of schedule with early payout for a 3% fee — money can land in as little as 30 minutes.

  • payout schedules: next-day is the default, event-day is an opt-in. we only slow a schedule when real risk shows up — elevated refunds, disputes — and you can see your status (and appeal any restriction) from your banking page.
  • automatic safety pause: a sudden, unusual spike in sales — especially on a brand-new account — can pause payouts while a real person takes a quick look. most reviews finish within one business day, and your money stays in your account the whole time.
  • early payout fee: 3% of the amount released early. a portion stays behind as a reserve until your normal release date.
  • a 10% reserve is held for 30 days after each event as a refund cushion — this applies for every organizer.
  • availability: early payouts are available 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and typically land within 30 minutes.

organizers pay standard payment processing fees of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. event organizers keep what they earn — with no hidden platform fees eating into your revenue.

no. we believe ticketing should be transparent and straightforward. all fees are clearly displayed upfront in compliance with all state and federal regulations — no surprise charges at checkout.

yes. tickets can be securely transferred to another person unless otherwise noted by the event organizer. send tickets to friends instantly. built-in transfer system with full chain of custody.

this feature is currently unavailable, but resale and ticket exchange functionality is coming soon. stay tuned.

yes. organizers have access to detailed ticket reports and audit tools for tracking sales, transfers, check-ins, and event activity in real time.

yes. cakepop helps promote events through social media sharing, discovery tools, and recommendation algorithms designed to connect your event with the right audience. our goal is to get your event in front of as many eyeballs as possible.
